• Inside of the portal you will find all of the instructions on how to book in your Welcome Call so we can get to know each other and I can provide you with my first thoughts.
• You'll also have the option to fill out our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before we jump on the call so you can be sure everything stays confidential between us.
• After that, we'll schedule another private video call where we dive deep into your current circumstances and I present you with my thoughts, recommendations, and alternative solutions to the current reality you're living in. This can cover topics such as bank accounts, business entity, tax residency, tax incentive programs, and which country to move to, and its tax implication. 
• I deliver your personalized Tax Strategy with different options; consequences; actionable steps; fee estimates for any business and/or tax residency setup.
• You receive the Summary Document with all of the detailed information and things discussed during the video call such as the different options; consequences; actionable steps; fee estimates for any business and/or tax residency setups.
• You'll likely have follow-up questions which I'm more than happy to respond to via messages and/or voice messages.
• Together we decide which strategy that we're going to execute and implement and go for it.

The estimated timeline has been put together based on my experience over the last 3 years from working closely together with my 1:1 clients.

We will be working very closely together for about 3 months (sometimes even longer). So, plenty of time to consider all the pros and cons of different strategies.

We also cover the fees between us and our partner accountants/ lawyers to get a second opinion until we get to your optimal strategy. However, our fee doesn't cover any third-party providers' products (like business entity formation, visa application fees, etc. - our partners have their own fees).

• Phase 1 (short-term): Getting to know you and your preferences better, and sharing first thoughts and recommendations with you.
• Phase 2 (+/- 1 month): Design your individualized tax strategy - This is where we activate our partner network of lawyers/accountants/ offshore providers. We cover disbursements with our partners until we get to an optimal tax strategy.
• Phase 3 (1-3 months): Execution of the strategy – For this part, we act as a project managers so you don't have to talk to 5 different professionals in 3 different countries. The fees and costs are not covered by us, but they’re determined by our partners (we’ll make sure you get a good deal).
• Phase 4 (Long-term): You pay minimal taxes through your tax-efficient setup, maximize your tax breaks, and only cover any annual ongoing fees.

• 1 x 30-minute Welcome Video Call so we can get to know each other
• 1 x 60-minutes Private Video Session where we dive deep into your current circumstances and I present you with my thoughts, recommendations and alternative solutions to the current reality you're living in. This can cover topics such as bank accounts, business entity, tax residency, tax incentive programs and which country to move to and its tax implication. 
• Summary Document which will list all the relevant key points discussed during the Video Session, including up to 3 possible strategies with a breakdown of estimated fees for set up costs for company, bank accounts, and tax residency. I'll also provide you with a comparable tax rates table, and recommendations specifically designed for YOU, as well as next steps that are required.  
• Follow-up (voice) messages to make sure that you’ve understood everything that was talked about in the Video Session, in the Summary Document and in the progress of the strategy. 

Basically, we become besties over the course of the next couple of months. In some instances, my 1:1 clients come back to me even a year later because their life circumstances have significantly changed and I'm just one message away.
